Five essential metals, various utensils and ornaments

We saw in earlier articles about aluminum and pottery. Good pottery is often not readily available to you. So you make chapatti, bread, roti, fulke etc. on aluminum pan. Dosa and frying is done in non-stick pan. Today we will look at pots made from other metals.

Five essential metals for your body:

1) Iron 2) Copper 3) Brass 4) Gold 5) Silver

Our traditional utensils were designed to meet all these requirements naturally from the utensils used for cooking. It contained a great deal of science.

In our country, utensils are made from various metals. And particular metal is used for particular cooking for example only iron pan was used for making Roti, Chapati etc. and not aluminum or nonstick utensils. Nonstick means carbon coated on iron or aluminum. Carbon is so harmful, that the increased amount of carbon in the body is also a cause of cancer.

Nonstick pots carry carbon molecules in the body with the diet and there is a full possibility of cancerous growths within 8-10-15 years. Also, if you want to fry some food, you have to do it in an iron deep frying pan.

Vegetables can also be made in an iron pan. For making rice, vegetables, sweets, pots of Brass, copper, bronze and earthenware were used. Utensils were also made of gold and silver.

Wearing gold and silver jewellery on different body parts also has various health benefits. Jewelry in the waist area e.g. Belt, Panjan, Jodvi etc. Especially made of silver. Silver keeps the air balanced. As well as jewelry up to the navel e.g. Bangles, necklaces, earrings etc. Made of gold. Gold balances the fire in the body.

Gold and silver utensils were used in the royal family in our country. But nature has made it possible for the average person in India to consume gold. The milk of native cows of Indian descent contains gold molecules.

Cow’s milk was easily available to everyone in India. From silver, copper, bronze, brass, iron, beads and earthenware, the body is naturally supplemented with metals.

Steel, however, should be used only when there is no other option. Steel is also harmful. Steel is formed only after the carbon coating on the iron. Therefore, steel should be used only when there is no other option.

The structure of steel atoms is so difficult that at normal temperatures steel particles do not decompose and mix with food. Therefore, steel is safer than aluminum. But not 100% safe.

Knowing all this, it is clear that a deep scientific approach is hidden in the creation of our traditional pots. Our traditional gold and silver jewellery not only reveals the beauty of men and women but also their health.
