Changes in the nature of milk until it reaches home
After milking the cows, buffaloes and goats, the original milk remains intact for up to three hours. Milk contains a lot of vitality. Bioenergy! The life force in milk remains at 100% for 3 hours.
If the milk is heated in three hours, it retains its vitality. Such milk lasts for one to two days depending on the outside environment. If the milk is not heated within three hours, then after three hours the original nature of the milk begins to change.

Therefore, it is very important to heat the milk as soon as possible after milking. So in the past, milk was distributed from house to house as soon as the milking process.
It is a well-known fact that the milk of native cows – buffaloes – goats of Indian descent is a complete diet that relieves fatigue and strengthens every cell in the body. Milk is best for body growth and replenishment.
Milk is high in protein and fats. It also contains essential nutrients, such as calcium. Such milk retains its full milk content if it is heated immediately after milking. And such milk gives full benefit to the body.
But right now the situation is very different and let’s see how terrible it is.
Due to modern lifestyle and industrialization, milk first goes to the dairy and milk factory without coming home from the cowshed. It is a well-known fact that cows and buffaloes are given hormones to increase their milk supply.
So those hormones also get into the milk and we have to suffer the side effects of them.
Also the fat in the form of cream layer is removed from the milk and it is sold in the form of ghee. Therefore, the milk we get contains very little fat in natural milk.
Harmful chemicals are also added to the milk to make it look thicker after removing this fat.
Hydrogen peroxide and sodium laurel sulphate is also mixed to prevent the milk from spoiling. These chemicals cause diseases like cancer.
Given the situation in India today, we do not have as many cows and buffaloes as our population. The number of cows and buffaloes is low. There is a big difference between the milk available and the milk sold.
Yet how does it happen that such a huge population is supplied with milk every day? Where does it come from? What is done for that? This is the time for these questions to come to everyone’s mind.
This is because the milk we get today is mixed with the milk of cows and buffaloes in India and the milk powder of foreign dairy animals. For this, a large quantity of milk powder is imported to India.
This foreign milk powder is mixed with our local milk to increase milk and such milk is delivered to households. That is why despite the large population of India and the low availability of milk, there is a daily supply of milk to all.
Today, the number of native cows in India is very low. The cow’s milk available in the market is not Indian cow’s milk but foreign cow’s milk, imported milk powder.
Western cow’s milk contains A-1, a protein harmful to the body. The number of buffaloes in India is not enough compared to the population. As a result, buffalo milk is also adulterated.
Thus, the milk we get contains hormones that are given to cows and buffaloes, the harmful chemicals that are added to keep the milk, the chemicals that are added to thicken the milk, and the milk powder of foreign animals.
Therefore, the original nature of milk does not remain the same. This bitter truth is very shocking to read. Many will know this. But one thing to consider here is that we must be very careful when giving milk to our children when the truth of milk is so terrible.
Let’s see what we can change in the next article!
